On September 3rd, I will be taking on Ironman Wales 🏴 This will consist of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and then 26.2 miles of running 😅 I will be running for Young Lives vs Cancer , and in particular in memory of Maisie Wood 💕🌈
